Our process of recovering data is straight forward from sending your corrupted data to us to data restoration and return. When you send your failed data to Crystal Clear I.T. Solutions, we will assess the extent of the damaged data free of charge. We will not initiate the recovery process without your consent in order to ensure the correct format of data, strict quality process is applied during this process. Recovered data will be copied on the media of your choice and will be posted to you.

You can send us your whole desktop computer or laptop, an external hard drive or just the corrupted internal hard drive after removal from your pc/laptop. Alternatively if you are local to us we offer a collect & repair service.
